Okay, before we dive in, I want you to know something about how I run things around here.
I don’t bring you every shiny points thing that lands in my inbox (and believe me, there are a LOT of them).
So much of what’s floating around out there is some convoluted, fourteen-step hoop you have to jump through just to save eleven dollars.
And honestly? Your time and your brain space are worth so much more than that.
So when I actually sit down and write something up for you, it’s because it’s genuinely worth your while.
This is one of those… and the best part? You don’t even have to open a new card to get in on it. 🙌
What even is Paze?
If you haven’t heard of Paze yet, no worries, it’s still pretty new.
It’s basically a free online checkout wallet built by the banks themselves, kind of like PayPal except it lives right inside the Chase cards you’re already carrying around.
You link your cards one time, and from then on you just tap “Paze” when you check out at certain stores.
That’s truly the whole thing. No new account to babysit, no annual fee, and nothing you’ll have to remember to cancel down the road.
The offer, in plain terms
Here’s the deal: for a limited time, Chase is letting you earn an extra 10x points when you pay with Paze at participating stores.
And that bonus stacks right on top of whatever your card already earns. 🤯
The quick rundown:
- +10x points per dollar, on top of your card’s normal earning
- Up to $1,500 in purchases each month counts (so up to 15,000 bonus points monthly)
- Runs now through December 31, 2026
- Bonus points post within about 8 weeks
- Primary cardholder only (authorized users aren’t eligible on this one)
And here’s why I’m genuinely excited for you guys specifically…
Odds are you already have a card that qualifies sitting in your wallet right now:
If even one of those is yours, you’re in.
No application, no new welcome bonus to earn first, no waiting around. You just turn it on. 💳
Real talk: it’s not everywhere yet
I’m never going to oversell something to you, so I’ll be straight: Paze is new enough that the list of participating stores is still pretty small (around 25 right now, though it’s growing).
But a few of them are genuinely useful for those of us running real households with real to-do lists.
These are the ones I’d actually bother with:
- Newegg gift cards 👀 This is the sneaky-good one. You buy gift cards you were going to grab anyway (birthday gifts, graduations, teacher thank-yous, the holidays that always sneak up faster than we think) and you earn 10x on them.
- ShopRite grocery pickup, so the groceries you’re already buying quietly earn you extra
- United cash flights, since you’re booking that fare regardless
- Plus Dunkin’, Domino’s, Wendy’s, Sephora, StubHub, and a handful of others
Notice the theme here?
You’re not changing a single thing about how you spend. You’re just routing what you’d already be buying through Paze on the way out the door.
What those points can actually turn into
This is the part I love.
If you max out that $1,500 each month, you’re earning up to 15,000 bonus points monthly for as long as the promo runs.
That adds up to as much as 120,000 bonus Chase points before it wraps in December.
And these aren’t throwaway points either… Chase points are some of the most flexible and valuable ones out there.
To put it in real terms? 120,000 Chase points could cover a round of flights for the whole family, or stretch into several nights at a Hyatt you’d otherwise be paying hundreds a night for.
That’s a meaningful chunk of an actual trip, earned on spending you were doing anyway.
Set it up in 3 simple steps
I made you a little cheat sheet so this takes all of two minutes:
- Open the Chase app. Tap your eligible card, then head to “More” and “Manage Digital Wallets.”
- Choose your cards to link. Select Paze and link any Sapphire or Freedom card you’ve got (you can link more than one if you want).
- Activate Paze. Run through the quick security verification, and you’re all set.
After that, anytime you’re checking out at a participating store, you just pick Paze and choose your linked card.
Done and done. ✨
Don’t have a Sapphire card yet? Start here
No pressure whatsoever, but if you’ve been on the fence about getting into points and you don’t have a Chase card yet, these two are exactly where I’d point you first.
They’re the top personal travel rewards cards I’d want in my own wallet.
And either one gets you into this Paze promo plus a welcome bonus that’s worth far more than the 10x on its own.

The Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card is hands-down where I tell almost every beginner to start.
The Chase Sapphire Reserve® is the step-up if you want the bigger travel credits and the fancier perks (I broke down how to stack its hotel credit into a nearly free luxury stay right here).
Not sure which one actually fits your life? I walk you through it with five quick questions here.
And yes, those are my affiliate links… using them genuinely helps support our family instead of those big ole’ banks. 🙏
Who this is (and isn’t) for
If you’ve already got a Sapphire or Freedom card and you shop at even one of those stores, this is honestly a no-brainer. It costs you nothing extra and quietly earns you more.
And if none of those stores fit your life right now? Skip it, guilt-free.
I would so much rather you save your energy for the deals that actually move the needle for your family than fuss over something that doesn’t fit.
But for a whole lot of you, this is easy, low-effort extra points on autopilot through the end of the year.
And I just couldn’t let you miss it. ❤️
